UPDATE: Homicide Suspect
UPDATE: On October 1, 2020, at approximately 1724 hours, AST detained Dayan in Seward. Dayan was transported to the local hospital as she reported to troopers on contact that she had injuries that she sustained prior to AST locating her. Upon release from the hospital she will be interviewed by investigators. The investigation continues. AST would like to thank the public for it's assitance in locating Dayan.

On 9/29/20 AST received the report of a deceased male in the Turnagain Pass area. The death of the male was determined to be a homicide. A suspect has been identified. We are asking for the public's help in locating Sarah Dayan, age 35 (DOB 08/22/1985) of Homer. Dayan is believed to be in the Seward area. She should be considered armed and dangerous. Please call AST dispatch at 907-262-4453 with any sightings of Dayan. Additional picture of Dayan included.
