Drive Up Flu Clinic for East Brunswick Residents:
The Township of East Brunswick and Parlin Pharmacy are sponsoring a Drive Up Flu Shot Immunization program for East Brunswick Residents. Proof of East Brunswick residency is required.
Location: Community Arts Center, 721 Cranbury Road
Dates/Times:
October 9, 3pm—6pm
October 17, 9am—12pm
October 23, 12pm—3pm**
¨ Each resident must bring a valid photo ID and insurance card.
¨ Uninsured EB residents will receive Flu Vaccination at no cost.
¨ Co-pay is waived for insured EB residents.
¨ Each resident should bring the Immunization Consent Form:

¨ Masks REQUIRED of all participants and vehicle occupants
¨ Vaccine may be administered without getting out of vehicle if necessary
** Members of the EB Department on Aging may receive transportation to the October 23 program if needed—contact the Senior Center at 732-390-6896 to arrange for transportation.
