An unplanned power outage has affected several street lights in Chula Vista near Fourth and Palomar Streets. Motorists are advised to avoid the area and be cautious at all intersections. Please treat any intersections without working traffic signals as a four-way stop.
Reminder that a Cool Zone is open at the former Sears building, 565 Broadway, until 5 p.m.
