Portions of Olympic Parkway in Chula Vista reduced to one lane. 
Due to an early morning water break, traffic in the 1200 block of Olympic Parkway is reduced to one lane westbound in Chula Vista.
Motorists are advised to find an alternate route if possible and to expect some traffic delay. Otay Water is on scene addressing the repairs.
