On October 7, 2020, at 4:25 pm, the Kern County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a victim of a shooting in the 1100 block of Sequoia Lane in Rosamond. When deputies arrived, they found a deceased male inside a residence suffering from obvious trauma. Deputies also discovered a second adult male suffering moderate injuries. He was medically treated and later released from the hospital.
Homicide Detectives responded to the scene and assumed the investigation. The investigation is on-going, no additional details are available at this time.
