UPDATE - Missing Adult - At Risk LOCATED

Today at 4:49pm, Mr. Arturo Basa was located in the City of San Jose by the San Jose Police Department.
Milpitas Police Department Detectives responded to San Jose and picked up Mr. Basa. Detectives drove him back to Milpitas and reunited him with his family.
The Milpitas Police Department would like to thank the public for their assistance in keeping an eye out for Mr. Basa.
We would also like to thank the San Jose Police Department, Fremont Police Department, and the Santa Clara County Sheriff Search and Rescue for their assistance during this investigation.The Milpitas Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating an at-risk missing adult.

Arturo Basa is a 77-year-old Filipino male who was last seen leaving his home at the Pioneer Mobile Home Park, located at 60 Wilson Way in Milpitas, at 2:30pm this afternoon. Mr. Basa left for a walk and has not returned home.
Mr. Basa was wearing a blue long sleeve sweatshirt and gray colored pants. He is 5' 5" tall, weighs 130lbs and has black hair and brown eyes. His primarily speaks Tagalog and limited English.
Mr. Basa is considered at-risk as he has conditions that require medication and the onset of dementia. He does not have any identification or a cellphone with him.
He was last seen at about 2:37pm walking from the Pioneer Mobile Home Park in a northbound direction on North Milpitas Boulevard near the Milpitas and Fremont border.
Mr. Basa is known to walk around the area of the Pioneer Mobile Home Park or walk to the McDonalds on Dixon Road in Milpitas.
