Crest Best Run Fest this weekend 
The Crest Best Run Fest will take place this weekend (Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 10-11), staged out of Centennial Park at Fern Road and Ocean Avenue.
The schedule includes the sunset 5K race at 5:30 pm Saturday, followed by the 10-mile race at 8 am Sunday.
Motorists should be on the lookout for detours and road closures throughout the borough during both races.
The Middle Thorofare Bridge (connecting Diamond Beach with the Cape May area) will be CLOSED to vehicular traffic on Sunday from 7 am to 9:45 am.
