Credit Card Fraud Suspects Charged 
SUBJECT: Credit Card Fraud Leads to Multiple Charges

Vernon Ruiz 47 year old male of Newark, NJ
Antoinella Johnson 42 year old female of Asbury Park, NJ
Ebony Meredith 33 year old female of Neptune, NJ
NARRATIVE: On April 25th, 2020 a report was made to the Ocean Township Police Department in reference to an unknown person(s) using the victim’s credit card to make thousands of dollars in purchases at a business in Neptune. After a lengthy investigation, Detective Walker was able to identify four subjects, Dorian Moss, Vernon Ruiz, Antoinella Johnson and Ebony Meredith, as being involved in the fraudulent use of the victim’s credit card. All four were charged with multiple counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card and Possession of a Stolen Credit Card.
