10/13: Fire Hydrants # 11 - 20 are scheduled to be flushed.
10/14: Fire Hydrants # 21 - 30 are scheduled to be flushed. 
10/15: Fire Hydrants # 31 - 40 are scheduled to be flushed.
10/16: Fire Hydrants # 41 - 50 are scheduled to be flushed.
10/19: Fire Hydrants # 51 - 60 are scheduled to be flushed.
10/20: Fire Hydrants # 61 - 70 are scheduled to be flushed.
10/21: Fire Hydrants # 71 - 74 are scheduled to be flushed. 

There is always a chance that they may run behind due to allowing the hydrant to run longer than scheduled. If this happens we will update you to let you know.

PUBLIC NOTICE

The City of Mitchellville will be flushing water mains starting
Monday, October 12, 2020, and ending Friday, October 23, 2020.
All residents should observe the color of their water PRIOR
to doing laundry. The City is not responsible for possible
staining or damage to clothes or fixtures.
If you do experience staining or discoloration of clothing
The City of Mitchellville does have available the product
Iron Out, which is a rust and stain remover. Individuals
who experience staining or discoloration may obtain a
quantity of the product at City Hall, 204 Center Ave. N.,
The City of Mitchellville does not guarantee that this
product will work in every case and assumes no liability
if the product does not work.
