On October 9, 2020 at about 9:30 PM, the Emeryville Police Department received reports of a shooting near Little Caesar’s Pizza, 1199 40th St. Officers arrived on scene and located evidence corroborating the shooting. The victim, a 29-year-old Oakland resident, self-transported to a local hospital and is listed in stable condition.
