At 1117 AM EDT, Excessive runoff continues to flow through the Soque and Chattahoochee Rivers this morning. The stream gage on Highway 197 in Clarkesville has crested at a record level near 19 feet, and river levels will slowly fall throughout the afternoon.

Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
