* Flood Warning for... West Central Habersham County in northeastern Georgia...
* Until 345 PM EDT.
* At 121 PM EDT, Soque River floodwaters from around Clarkesville to the confluence of the Chattahoochee River will slowly recede as the afternoon wears on. Residents and property owners are urged to continue to monitor river levels this afternoon.
* AFFECTED AREAS: HABERSHAM, GA
Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
