* WHEN...From 8 PM CDT /7 PM MDT/ this evening to 1 AM CDT /midnight MDT/ Monday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Sporadic power outages possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing dust will be common, especially out toward the Colorado border where drought conditions are most severe. Expect visibility below one mile near open fields.
