The Village Park & Rec Board has started working on an update to the 5-year Master Park and Recreation plan. To prepare for the update, we request that you please take a few minutes to fill out this brief, 9 question survey to let us know which parks you use and what matters to you. The information received from these surveys will be instrumental in guiding our goals for the upcoming five years. Anyone who uses village parks is welcome to participate. The survey is designed to have one person respond on behalf of their household.

Please respond by Friday, November 13^th. I also ask that once you have completed the survey, please share this survey with three people you know who use Village parks and encourage them to fill out the survey as well. We are relying on you to help us reach out to as many people as we can to get a good sample of the community.

To complete the survey, you can use the survey link located under the "Announcements" section of the homepage of our website www.pawpaw.net. You may also request that a paper copy be mailed to you or picked up at village hall between 8am – noon on weekdays.
