REMINDER: The Bergenfield Health Department is offering a free seasonal flu vaccination for residents over the age of 19 today, Thursday, October 15 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Memorial Park Pavilion - entrance by Melrose Ave & Judith Pl. There will also be additional clinics on October 22 & 29.
This year, the CDC is advising all adults to receive a flu shot as a COVID-19 vaccination continues to be researched. The flu shot administered by the Borough is a Quadrivalent, no preservation vaccine that protects against the four most common strands of the flu expected this coming winter.
