Dora Chin is 30 years old, 5’2”, 140 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black jacket and horizontally striped black and white dress. Dora was not wearing shoes or her glasses. She is diagnosed as bipolar.

Dora was last seen on October 14th at 10:37 PM in the 22000 block of 3rd Street. She was reported missing today at 8:20 AM.
