Update on the shooting from the 1100 Block of 40th Street 
On October 14, 2020 investigators obtained a probable cause warrant for a suspect in connection to a shooting that occurred in the 1100 block of 40th street on October 9th. The suspect, a 36-year-old from Oakland, was arrested in San Francisco. Investigators believe this was an isolated incident and there is no further threat to the safety of the public regarding this case. The investigation is ongoing and additional details will not be made available at this time.
