Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau Detectives are continuing their investigation into the death of a male white adult that occurred on the 12300 block of Carson Street in the City of Hawaiian Gardens on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at approximately 6:15 pm
Detectives have learned that deputies assigned to Lakewood Station responded to the location regarding a “check the vicinity” call. The call indicated that the location was a storage facility and that an employee smelled a strong odor coming from one of the storage units. Upon their arrival, the deputies alongside personnel from the Los Angeles County Fire Department made entry into the storage unit and discovered a male white adult approximately 30-35 years old deceased inside.
The identity of the victim and the cause of death is unknown.
The investigation is ongoing and there Is no further information available at this time.
