10/14/2020 @ 1030. A woman was walking NB on West Knoll Drive when the suspect approached her from behind and grabbed both of her arms. A struggle ensued, during which the victim’s cell phone fell to the ground and broke the screen. The suspect was arrested by responding deputies. #04634

10/15/2020 @ 0145. During a road rage incident, a woman approached a vehicle that was parked in the middle of the street and began pounding on the vehicle and yelling at the occupants. The driver of the vehicle backed up and then pulled forward and struck the victim as the vehicle drove away. #04650
