Odor of Smoke Notice 11/22/20 0930am #eveshamfire is aware of the odors of smoke in the Kings Grant, Little Mill and Marlton Lakes section of township. A landowner has a permit from the NJ Forest Fire Service to open burn, but unfortunately, chose to burn under conditions that are not favorable. The issue has been partially rectified--the large pile of burning material will continue to smolder for many hours and generate an odor of smoke throughout the southern portion of Evesham Township, especially with the low cloud ceiling.
