Noblesville, IN – On October 22, 2020 at approximately 1:26 p.m., police officers from the Noblesville Police Department (NPD) responded to Westfield Road (SR 32) just east of Willowview Road (Noblesville) in reference to a report of a head-on motor vehicle crash involving two vehicles.

Based on witness statements and other potential evidence at the scene, it appears that a 2007 Cadillac STS was traveling westbound on Westfield Road, just east of Willowview Road, prior to the crash. Initial investigative information suggests that the Cadillac crossed over the centerline of Westfield Road colliding head-on with a 2015 Kia Sorento that was traveling eastbound.

The driver of the Cadillac was identified as Christopher B. Clark, 34, of Noblesville. Clark was pronounced dead at the scene. There were no passengers in the vehicle.

The driver of the Kia was identified as Linda L. Farrand, 68, of Noblesville. Farrand was pronounced dead at the scene. There were no passengers in the vehicle.

Investigators from the NPD Crash Reconstruction Unit were summoned to the scene to collect evidence and gather information. As a result of the investigation, traffic on Westfield Road was closed or limited between Hague Road and Willowview Road until approximately 4:30 p.m.
