* WIND...Northeast to Easterly winds 25 to 35 mph. Localized gusts up to 45 mph possible.
* HUMIDITY...Below 10 percent.
* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* AFFECTED AREAS: INDIAN WELLS VALLEY ... KERN COUNTY DESERT
