* WHEN...From 6 AM Sunday to 6 PM MDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Very strong winds could cause extensive tree damage. The cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
