Fire Danger increases when the winds increase. The vegetation is very dry and will remain so until there is significant moisture. The combination of the dry conditions and wind can cause a fire to get out of control quickly. Most of California's most deviating fires have happened in October and November, before winter moisture. Stay vigilant to prevent sparks and fires and prepare to evacuate in the event of a fast moving fire. NO OPEN FLAMES. Remember to keep your phone on at night at be ready to GO!
