Breezy offshore winds and very low humidity will persist into Tuesday morning, especially for the North and East Bay hills. North Bay Mountains-East Bay Hills and the Diablo Range- 1141 PM PDT Sat Oct 24 2020 ...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM SUNDAY TO 5 AM PDT TUESDAY FOR STRONG WINDS AND CRITICALLY LOW HUMIDITY FOR THE NORTH BAY MOUNTAINS, EAST BAY HILLS AND THE DIABLO RANGE... * AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 507 North Bay Mountains and Fire Weather Zone 511 East Bay Hills and the Diablo Range. * TIMING...Winds will increase late Sunday morning over the North Bay Interior Mountains then peak over the region between Sunday evening and early Monday morning. Breezy offshore winds to continue at least through Tuesday morning in the hills. * WINDS...Northerly 20 to 35 mph with gusts 50 to 60 mph.
