Power Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) Event on October 25th
PG&E is currently monitoring the weather and reports that approximately 3,400 customers in Fairfax will be impacted by a Power Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) event on October 25th. PG&E indicates the PSPS will occur between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm today (Sunday), with power restored late Monday evening or early Tuesday morning (midnight).

Charging stations will be available in front of Town Hall on Monday (10/26) from 8 am - 8 pm.
PG&E will open a Community Resource Center at 1327 Sir Francis Drake (formerly known as Drake High School).
All questions regarding PSPS events and extended outages should be directed to PG&E via their website and (800) 743-5002. Residents should only call 9-1-1 if experiencing a medical or life-threatening emergency.
Neighbors are encouraged to check on other neighbors -- especially older adults, individuals with disabilities, or individuals dependent on powered medical equipment -- to ensure they are aware of and prepared for a potential power outage.
