Planned Power Outage. Traffic signals are not working at the intersection of Garvey Ave an Garfield Ave. 
Southern California Edison (SCE) is doing a planned cable upgrade in the area of Lincoln Ave and Garvey Ave. As a result, approx.75 customers are experience a power outage in the surrounding area.
The traffic signals at the intersection of Garvey Ave and Garfield Ave have been affected and are non operational at this time. SCE estimates that the power will be restored by 6 am on Monday, Oct. 26th.
Just a reminder that when a traffic signal is out, drivers are required to treat the intersection like a four-way stop. Please use caution at these locations and pay attention to pedestrians and bicyclists that may be attempting to cross the intersection.
