The NPD is receiving many questions concerning Halloween.
We are requesting that YOU make the safest decision for your family. Norwood residents, if you don't want trick or treaters ringing your doorbell, please place a sign on your door. Parents, please use common sense. Our numbers are going up and we do have homes in Norwood with infected families, so use caution.
