* WHAT...Freezing rain is expected to develop between 1 AM and 3 AM and will likely be mixed with snow in Morton, Stanton and Stevens counties. The freezing rain is expected to change to plain rain by noon, but the snow may continue to mix with the rain across far southwestern Kansas through the day. Snow accumulations could reach 1 to 2 inches in extreme southwestern Kansas. Ice accumulations of a tenth to a quarter of an inch are possible across the advisory area by late morning before temperatures rise to above freezing.
