Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Todd Jerome Snell. He is a 58 year-old male White who was last seen on Saturday, October 24, 2020, at approximately 4:00 p.m., in the area of 3500 block of Imperial Highway in Lynwood.
Todd is 5’11” tall, 170lbs with gray hair and green eyes. He was wearing a white tank top, black hoodie, blue jeans and red/white sneakers.
Mr. Snell suffers from Schizophrenia and is diabetic. His loved ones have not seen or heard from him. They are very concerned and asking for the public’s help.
