Two subjects were arrested during a vehicle check for warrants, poss of dangerous weapons and probation violation

INCIDENT: Weapons Violation
LOCATION: 12600 block of 5th Street, Yucaipa
SUSPECT(S): Terry Siefker, 31-year-old male, resident of Yucaipa
Toni Cagle, 36-year-old female, resident of Landers
SUMMARY:
On Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at approximately 1:40p.m., Deputy D. Rodriguez from the Yucaipa Station conducted a vehicle check on a vehicle parked in a nearby church parking lot. Rodriguez contacted Terry Siefker and Toni Cagle who were both in the vehicle, and after completing a records check, it was found Siefker had several outstanding warrants totaling $85,000 and Cagle was on felony formal probation for theft by fraud. While conducting a search of the vehicle, Rodriguez located a hatchet concealed between the passenger seat and door jamb, along with other dangerous weapons in the passenger compartment of the vehicle. Both were arrested and booked into Central Detention Center.
Siefker was booked for his warrants and Cagle was booked for possession of the weapons and a probation hold.
