Motorists use caution for pedestrians and little ones out Trick or Treating in neighborhoods tonight. Drive slow especially as the sun settles and visibility decreases. Trick or Treat will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 on October 31st. Participating? Porch/garage light on. Opting out? Porch/garage light off.
