SHERIFF VICTOR HILL’S Elite Squads Foils Scam Artists Plans To Defraud The Clayton County Jail!
On October 25, 2020 Jaclynn Pierce And Tarra Powell devised a scam to use fraudulent funds to bond Micheal Parker out of the Clayton County Jail. Micheal Parker was being held in the Clayton County Jail for several charges with a $24,450 bond. Mrs. Pierce along with Ms. Powell used stolen credit cards to place $43,009.92 on Mr. Parker’s books. They than planned to use the money to bond Mr. Parker out of jail, while simultaneously having the Sheriff’s Office give the trio a check for the balance of Mr. Parker’s books totaling $18,559.92. Unfortunately for them, anytime a threshold amount is detected on an inmate’s account, the Sheriff's Office is alerted to begin an inquiry.
Through the combined efforts of V. I. C. E. Investigators and the Elite Fugitive Squad, the trio have all been taken into custody and charged with violation of Georgia’s Credit Card Transaction Fraud and Racketeering Act.
Now all 3 are facing the wall at the paramilitary jail they attempted to defraud that is better known to the world as “ The Hill-ton.
