CPD is aware of a social media post that was posted this morning by an individual holding what appeared to be a handgun with a suggestive quote The post has been taken down by the individual.
CPD is currently investigating and through collaboration with parents it was established the weapon pictured was a BB gun. No direct threats to persons or property were made in the original post.
