KCMO will be conducting it's monthly test of the outdoor tornado warning sirens today at 11:00 am.
The sirens are designed to be heard when one is out of doors. It is always recommended to have an additional method of notification such as a NOAA all-hazards weather radio, use of various cell phone applications, or texting your zipcode to 888777 (AlertKC).
