SPPD Detectives Requesting Video of Altercation Between Juvenile and Sidewalk Vendor During Rally on 11/1. 
South Pasadena Police Department Detectives are currently investigating an altercation between a juvenile and sidewalk vendor during a rally at Fair Oaks Av. and Mission St. on Sunday, November 1st, at about 5:45 pm.
