**Update**
On November 4, 2020, the Bakersfield Police Department located Charles Wilson in a stolen vehicle and arrested him. Wilson gave a false name, and when he was booked into the Central Receiving Facility, he was fingerprinted, revealing his true name. Wilson is currently in-custody pending his next court hearing.
On 10/19/2020, at 8:30 p.m., Charles Wilson was arrested for vehicle theft, possession of a stolen vehicle and burglary in the 3100 block of Edison Hwy. Once Wilson was arrested and placed in the rear of a patrol car, Wilson was able to break out of the patrol car and flee on foot. He has not been located.
