Narrative
On November 04, 2020 approximately 8:22 P.M., Emeryville Police Officers responded to a robbery in-progress at the CVS Store. Employees were on the premises and there was a large group of subjects stealing pharmaceuticals. Officers arrived on scene and the group of subjects fled the scene in multiple vehicles. Officers safely apprehended one subject on scene. The subject was armed with a loaded handgun. One employee suffered injuries during the incident and was transported to the hospital. The subject that was apprehended was arrested on robbery and gun possession charges, he was transported to jail.
