Local gusts to 55 mph in wind prone areas with gusts to 100 mph over the Sierra Crest. * Humidity...15 to 25% early, rising to near 60% around sunrise Friday. * Duration...3 to 6 hours. * Impacts...The combination of gusty winds and critically dry fuels can cause fire to rapidly grow in size and intensity. http://weather.gov/reno
