1200 block N Horn Avenue
10/26/2020 @ 0513. A man and a woman used a key to gain access to the building lobby and then pried the mail room door open. The female suspect used a mail key to open resident mail boxes and removed mail. #04833

10/26/2020 @ 0334. A man and a woman used a thin piece of metal to bypass the door lock and gain entry to the building lobby. The female suspect pried open resident mail boxes and removed mail and unsecured mail packages. #04887
Vehicle Burglary
8400 block Santa Monica Blvd
10/26/2020 @ 1100-1145. An unknown suspect smashed the rear passenger’s side window and removed a purse containing a cell phone and ear buds from the front seat. #04832

10/27/2020 @ 0453. A man jumped over the rear fence and pried the back door open to gain access and removed money from the manager’s office. #04850

10/29/2020 @ 1750. A man struck a security guard with his vehicle during a dispute in the parking lot. The suspect was arrested by responding deputies. The victim was not injured. #04890
Aggravated Assault - Hands, Fist, Feet
8300 block Santa Monica Blvd
10/29/2020 @ 1800. A man was shoved to the ground by the suspect during a dispute inside the store. The victim hit his head on the floor and suffered a cut requiring stitches. #04898

10/30/2020 – 11/02/2020. An unknown suspect pried the front door open to gain entry and removed a laptop computer, tablet computer, desktop computer, and lighting system from the interior. #04963

10/30/2020 @ 1530-0945. An unknown suspect smashed the front passenger’s side window and removed two pairs of sunglasses from the center console and a leather jacket from the interior. #04922

Aggravated Assault - Knife (2 victims) (Suspect Arrested)
1100 block Hacienda Place
10/31/2020 @ 2030. A man used a kitchen knife and attempted to stab two woman during a dispute inside the victim’s apartment. The suspect and victims are neighbors. The suspect was arrested by responding deputies. #04916
Grand Theft
1200 block Laurel Avenue
10/31/2020 @ 0100-1000. A man removed a laptop computer, two tablet computers, and cologne from the residence after being invited inside by the victim. #04923
Grand Theft (Suspect Arrested)
8400 block Sunset Blvd
10/31/2020 @ 2040. A man removed a purse from the pool area after it was left unattended by the victim. Hotel security located and recovered the purse in the suspect’s vehicle. The suspect was arrested by responding deputies. #04935

11/01/2020 @ 2137-2142. An unknown suspect smashed the rear passenger’s side window and removed two backpacks containing camera equipment from the back seat. #04945
