SUBJECT: Atlantic City Woman and Man from Brick Arrested on Prostitution Charges

ACCUSED: Yolanda Martinez 33 year old female // Atlantic City, NJ
Gilberto Perez 22 year old male // Brick, NJ
NARRATIVE:
On November 4th 2020 at approximately 10:46 pm, Detective Michael Legg, along with Detective Jesse Orbach, conducted a motor vehicle stop in the Wanamassa section of the Township. The stop was related to an investigation regarding prostitution in the area. The occupants of the vehicle, later identified as Yolanda Martinez and Gilberto Perez, were subsequently arrested for prostitution related offenses. Detectives subsequently seized $2207.00 which was identified as profits from their prostitution enterprise.
They were ultimately charged and released on a criminal summons by our agency pending future court appearances.
