Tail-Light Violation Results In #1 On SHERIFF VICTOR HILL’S Top Ten Most Wanted Getting Captured By Tactical Patrol!
Tactical Patrol Deputies were finishing up a Road Safety Check when a car rode by with no tail light and the headlights turned off. Curtez Jarea Williams turned into Northcut Drive where he was pulled over. Deputies quickly discovered Williams was #1 on Sheriff Victor Hill’s Top Ten Most Wanted and noticed that there was a firearm in the vehicle. Williams was cuffed inside his vehicle and safely taken into custody.
Williams was wanted out of Clayton County for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Possession of a Firearm or Knife During Commission of a Felony, Cruelty to Children-3rd Degree, and Reckless Conduct.
On April 14th, 2020, Officers from the Clayton County Police Department responded to a call in reference to a person shot. Upon arrival, officers observed a victim shot three times, twice in the chest, and once in the abdomen. The victim was transported to the hospital and underwent surgery in critical condition.
The victim was in the process of moving a vehicle outside when Williams locked him out of the residence they shared saying he did not want the victim in the residence any longer. Williams then unlocked the door and allowed the victim to come into the residence and upstairs to his bedroom where his live-in girlfriend and 4 month old baby were. After another verbal altercation, Williams shot the victim and fled the scene. Two of the bullets Williams fired went through the walls of the residence and struck the house next door. This incident was witnessed by the victim’s child.
As a result of not fixing his taillights, Curtez Jarea Williams help to capture himself and is now facing the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail better known to the world as ””The Hill-ton”.
