On November 7, 2020, at about 5:36 AM, Deputies from the Wasco Substation were dispatched to the area of Jackson Avenue and Palm Avenue for a single vehicle rollover. A female occupant was ejected, and the male driver was pinned inside the vehicle. The injuries suffered by the female occupant were fatal. The male driver was transported to a local hospital with major injuries. There were only two occupants of the vehicle and no other vehicles were involved. The investigation is ongoing.
