SHERIFF VICTOR HILL Orders Chevron Murder Suspects Placed #1 And #2 On The Top Ten Most Wanted

On November 9th, 2020, at the Chevron gas station located at 210 Forest Pkwy Homicide Detectives from the Clayton County Police Department responded to a person shot call. Upon arrival, they noticed a deceased victim laying on the ground at a gas station with multiple gunshot wounds to the torso. After further investigation, it was found that a suspect identified as Tony Stevenson was at the gas station for a custody exchange.  When Stevenson noticed that the mother of his children’s boyfriend was there he became irate. Stevenson took the mother of his children’s car keys and went back to his car in an attempt to drive off.  The mother went to retrieve her keys when Stevenson began to strike her with a closed fist multiple times and bit her on her arm.  Her boyfriend then came to her defense and was shot by the passenger of the vehicle now identified as Reginald Hardy, multiple times.  

Clayton County Homicide Detectives obtained Murder warrants for both suspects and Sheriff Victor Hill has ordered both of them placed at the top of his top ten most wanted.  

 

Tony Victor Stevenson  is describe as a 34 year old black male said to be 5” 11’ weighing approximately 160lbs with a low fade style haircut and mustache and beard. Mr. Stevenson was described to be wearing dark clothing.

 

Reginald Antonio Hardy is described as a 28 year old black male said to be 5” 09’ weighing approximately 170lbs with shoulder length dreads a mustache and beard.  Mr. Hardy was last seen wearing a black clothing and white tennis shoes. 

 

Both of these suspects should be considered armed and dangerous and if spotted 911 should be dialed immediately.  If anyone has any information as to the whereabouts of Stevenson and Hardy, they can contact the Fugitive Squad at 770-477-4479.  The Nixle tip line can be used for confidentiality.
