The vehicle was a 2003 Volvo hatchback that had three people sleeping inside it. Upon closer inspection, it was determined that the Volvo’s registration had expired in January 2020.

Through further investigation, Officers were able to determine that Rincon-Saavedra was responsible for the burglary tools located in the Volvo. Arvizu and Diaz-Rivera were found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine and narcotics paraphernalia.

Rincon-Saavedra was arrested for possession of burglary tools. Arvizu and Diaz-Rivera were arrested for possession methamphetamine and possession of narcotics paraphernalia. All subjects were issued citations for their misdemeanor crimes and were released from the scene pending criminal charges.
