Asbury Park Man Arrested on Drug Charges

ACCUSED: Timothy Cummings 64 year old male of Asbury Park
NARRATIVE:
On November 10, 2020 patrols were called to Wegmans for a subject using CDS. Upon arrival Officer David Marino located Timothy Cummings. Following an investigation, Mr. Cummings was found to be in possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and in possession of CDS paraphernalia. Mr Cummings was also under the influence of CDS.
Cummings was arrested and transported to police headquarters where he was processed. He was charged with possession of Marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and with being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance. He was later released on criminal summons pending a future court appearance.
