Landscaping Equipment Thief Arrested 
SUBJECT: Suspect Arrested; Charged with Theft of Landscaping Equipment

LOCATION: Ballard Dr in the Wanamassa section of Ocean Township
ACCUSED: Luis Delgado 40 year old male of Asbury Park
NARRATIVE: On November 11, 2020 patrols were dispatched to Ballard Dr. in reference to a theft from a landscape trailer. Witnesses obtained a detailed description of the accused vehicle, which was later stopped in Asbury Park. Detectives made contact with the occupant of the vehicle, Luis Delgado, who admitted to the theft. The proceeds of the theft were recovered from the people who purchased them from Delgado.
