FCPD Officers requests the public’s assistance in identifying fraud suspect 
On October 29th, officers from the Forest City Police Dept. received a report stating that the victim’s wallet had been stolen and her debit card was used without her permission. The suspect is a white male, wearing dark clothing and has tattoos on both arms.
