Subject: Battery Investigation
On 11/15/2020 at 5:30 pm the Sun Prairie Police were called to 1500 Park Circle for a disturbance and a report of a man bleeding. Police found a 40-year-old male injured in the apartment. The male subject had been involved in a physical altercation with his roommates. He was transported to the hospital with non-life threating injuries. The two female roommates had left prior to Police arrival. This incident is still under investigation.
Pursuant to the directive of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as found in Supreme Court Rule 20:3.6, Trial Publicity, you are advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
