Effective Wednesday, November 18, 2020, The St. Louis City Hall and the business office of the St. Louis Police Department will be closed to the public.
Utility payments, parking tickets, and other correspondence can be dropped off at city hall by using the drop box located at the main entrance
Any business that must be done in person will be allowed by appointment only.
